Indeed, revenue from .ai domain registrations skyrocketed from contributing over 4% of the government’s revenue in 2019 to more than 20% by 2023, amounting to approximately $32 million. Tourism, which constitutes about 37% of Anguilla’s GDP, has also benefited from the island’s unexpected connection to the AI world.
